Disclaimer: Our warranty will not be applied if the buyer opens the watch or tries to do any repairs by them. The watch must be returned in original condition (included all links, papers and box).



- We provide 6 MONTHs warranty for all watches which retail price below USD150 against defects in quality when watches are sold.

- We Provide One-Year warranty for all watches which retail price over USD150 defects in quality when watches are sold.

We have not only quality warranty, but also offer a Return Policy for 7 Days for all watches. We offer only Exchange Policy for 15 Days for all watches. If you are not happy for your purchase in any reasons, or you plan to send the watch back for a refund/exchange, please remember the following:


 

 This warranty excludes the watch gold plating fading and water damage,

 

-  if customer's watch is partly broken, it will not be our mistake. Then buyer need pay the cost in new part of watch for replacement. We will repair for free.

 

-  If buyer requires exchange or refund goods after buyer paid and we provided QC picture to buyer before ship out, buyer will need to pay express fee and restocking fee (20% of price in goods).

-  All links and watches must be shipped back to us.
 
-  The product cannot be sized, worn, damaged, scratched or tampered. It must be in original condition.
 
-  The product is shipped within 7 days for delivery on arrival. After we are informed, give us the instructions (delivery on arrival = the goods is signed/ received in this day). After 7 days, we cannot accept a refund for our products.
 
-  The customers can get all returns, and own cost in this case. 

-  The refund amount will be the exact amount that you paid for the goods without shipping costs. 

-   Exchanges will be subject to an adjustment with the different price (if there is any). 

-   All returns: please contact us before returning the goods in order to avoid unnecessary costs on both sides.


-   Our return policy excludes watch box set. All box sets cannot be accepted in refund and exchange. 
 



  


 

- Returns are explained in 4 steps as follows:

Step 1:  Buyer contacts us to require a return after explaining his problem. Then buyer gets back instructions from us, and proceeds with a registered or tracked shipment to us. The first is cost of buyer.
 
Step 2:  We will check the watch when it reached to us. It is important to follow our instructions for this, and use a tracked or registered method of shipment will show details that the watch was delivered in case of problem.


Step 3:  If the watch was damaged during shipping or arise some obvious problems due to our fault, we will make a straight replacement or refund the return costs (an amount of 10 USD’s normal/register airmail with tracking number) to the buyer in the next order.

 

If the watch is damaged due to buyer’s personal reasons (Watch falls due to any reason with a bad resizing of a bracelet. Diving will be inappropriate use if watch cannot be confirmed that it is waterproof. Excessive manual winding of an automatic movement, and date change under wrong conditions (please check our Q&A on A7750 movements), we will proceed to repair. But buyer needs to pay the express fee between both sides. 


Step 4:  We will send repaired watch to buyer, and give the tracking number for buyer.
