Step 3: Please fill in your e-mail address which registered member account on our web site.  and your order number.  please note:  Your order number is  #T 1061. but please only fill in 1061 is ok.  no need "T"  .

Step 4:  after you fill in e-mail address and order number.  then please click "Submit" button to check Order stauts:
